I’m an “older” female and needed to get my old mower fixed (my 5 year old mower has way more problems than the old one, they just don’t build them anymore like they used to). I had never done anything like this before, and watched a couple of videos on YouTube, and then got busy.I changed the carburator too, and oil, and then put this new recoil starter on. Honestly I don’t know what I paid the repair shop for last year. My mower started up right away without any problems. I had to start my mower up 5 times between emptying out the bag and it started each time right away.The part fits well, just like the original part. Great value for the price, especially with the extra filter and sparkplug. Everything fit and was super easy to install! So don’t shy away from repairing your mower yourself!?
